Il existe deux types d\u2018herp\u00e8s simplex virus : le virus HSV-1 et le virus HSV-2. Les deux types de virus peuvent provoquer des infections herp\u00e9tiques au niveau de la bouche (herp\u00e8s labial) et des parties g\u00e9nitales (herp\u00e8s g\u00e9nital). Les boutons de fi\u00e8vre (herp\u00e8s labial) sont habituellement dus au virus HSV-1. Le virus HSV-2 est la principale cause d\u2019herp\u00e8s g\u00e9nital.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2018herp\u00e8s simplex virus p\u00e9n\u00e8tre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans le corps par une l\u00e9sion de la peau autour ou dans la bouche.<\/p>\n<p>Le virus se transmet habituellement lorsqu\u2019une personne touche un bouton de fi\u00e8vre ou touche un liquide infect\u00e9 \u2014par exemple en partageant des couverts ou un rasoir, en embrassant une personne infect\u00e9e, ou en touchant la salive de cette personne. Un parent atteint d\u2019un bouton de fi\u00e8vre transmet souvent l\u2019infection de cette mani\u00e8re \u00e0 son enfant. Les boutons de fi\u00e8vre peuvent aussi s\u2019\u00e9tendre \u00e0 d\u2019autres zones du corps\/visage.<\/p>\n<p>Imp\u00e9tigo et bouton de fi\u00e8vre sont souvent confondus l\u2019un avec l\u2019autre. Le bouton de fi\u00e8vre est d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019herp\u00e8s simplex virus.
